Suzhou, September 3, 2009，Zhang Xinsheng, Vice - Minister of Education of the People’s Republic of China visited with Itibia Technologies’ Chief Executive Officer - Dr. Liu Jiming. As the former Mayor of Suzhou (1989-1997), Zhang Xinsheng is interested in the development and progress of technology companies in Suzhou. He reviewed Itibia’s growth of its technology and human resource training programs. He spoke highly of and commended Itibia for its achievements over the last several years.
