The OfficeTen 1810 Access Service Gateway (ASG) is a multi-service security router targeted to small to medium enterprises (SMEs) with 20-100 users. The system provides switching, routing, wireless access and other basic functions as well as comprehensive security functions that support an enterprise network at a minimum cost.

The Office 1810 unit supports TR-069 remote network management protocol and SNMP standard remote protocol, which allows operators to monitor conditions that warrant administrative attention. The 1810 supports high-speed layer switching, routing functions and WiFi capabilities, which provides efficient and reliable LAN access diversification.

The Office 1810 product provides the following services; Wireless Network, VPN, Intelligent QoS, Bandwidth Management, Access Control, Anti-Virus and Intrusion Prevention.
