The OfficeTen1820 Access Service Gateway (ASG) router provides seamless routing, switching and various types of IP services including DNS / DHCP / DDNS / NTP in one integrated system. The system also provides a comprehensive set of security functionality.
 The OfficeTen1810 unit is equipped with up to eight high-speed LAN ports that have 802.11b/g standard wireless access protocols and capabilities support multiple SSID’s, and implements wireless Intranet. 

Dual WAN Access Methods:

The OfficeTen1820 gateway provides convenient Ethernet access, 3G access including TD-SCDMA / WCDMA / CDMA2000. Dual WAN access with standby switching and load balancing functionality supports automatic packet detection capability that allows users more reliable access to the WAN. The unit supports eight Ethernet sub-interfaces to facilitate network management, video services, voice services and the Internet which results in an efficient and reliable WAN and QoS. 

Security Features and Benefits:

Engineered for delivering secured services the OfficeTen1820 has an integrated Firewall and VPN function. The Security functionality outlines policies that are used to restrict accessing from WAN to LAN, such as IP restriction and application restriction. Anti-virus security acts as a gateway to detect and remove viruses. The system can prevent spam attacks such as a DOS attack that can be defended and a malicious IP addresses can be restricted with by the black and white list. It also provides secure point–to-point VPN and remote access VPN, which supports channel protocols including IP Sec, PPTP, and L2TP. The system allows for a quick setup of 10 IPSec VPN tunnels. 

Bandwidth Management:

The system restricts bandwidth on non-essential applications and allocates bandwidth based on user (group) and departments, application classification and requirements by the time of day.
 The OfficeTen1820 provides the administrator with detailed system information including real-time statistics, system status, log information, system information, help features and it supports local configuration management. The system supports TR-069 remote network management protocol and SNMP standard remote protocol, which allows operators to monitor conditions that warrant administrative attention. Network and employee productivity is enhanced while maintenance costs are kept to a minimum.
