Itibia 's Customer Support provides you with fast, expert technical support for all Itibia OfficeTen series products. It allows you the ease and convenience of communicating via phone or email and a well-defined escalation path that ensures your customer issues will receive priority attention.

The Customer Support program is designed to give you effective access to Itibia Software's Customer Support Analysts. All customers with current maintenance agreements receive free product upgrades. To obtain the latest product upgrade, please email service@itibia.com .

Itibia support OfficeTen users with different service grades according to their requirement and choice. Currently, two support levels are offered, Basic Service and Platinum Service, users can choose service by themselves based on their system purpose and individual specific situation.
